总是和张天宇天师打架也没有什么意思， 看到兰心这里怪热闹， 也来凑凑，来切磋切磋， 兰心哥们， 俺可不是来和你打架的， 有如下建议，和你讨论，括号里面的是我的意思，
主治: INDICATIONS: Patient has constitution with coldness and fluid retention, and been invaded by exterior wind-cold. Lung loses the function of dispersing and descending qi.（Lung fails to disperse or descend qi. ）
The symptoms include chills, fever, （without）no sweat; coughing, （whooping ）asthma with a lot (of) thin white sputum; edema （in）on head and face, body pain; chest fullness, short of breath; （ dispersing or desecnding disturbance of Qi ）abnormal dispersing and descending qi, (difficult) urination; retching; no thirsty or thirsty without desire to drink(thirsty without desire for drinking or no thirsty at all). ( white moist tongue coat together with tight floating pulse) The tongue coat is white and moist, and the pulse is floating and tight.
2, Cough and （Whooping）asthma with a lot （of） thin white sputum: （Retended cold fluid） cold fluid retention （limits）affects the function of lung.
3, Edema （in）on head and face, body pain: （Lung fails to dispers and descend qi，while as spleen fails to transport and transform） Lung loses the function of dispersing and descending qi. Meanwhile Spleen cannot transport and transform normally. So the water fluid is（retended）remains （in）on the skin of head and face.
4, Chest fullness and short of breath: If water fluid remains in chest, it will block chest qi circulation. （Retended water dampens movement of Qi）
5, （Difficult）Abnormal urination: （Fluid that retended in the lower jiao dampens micturation ）If water fluid remains in the lower Jiao, will affect the urination.
6, Retching: (Sequested water in stomach interfereces with stomach function) If water fluid remains in stomach, will affect the function of stomach.
7, Not thirsty: Jin (body fluid) has not been damaged yet.
8, Thirsty but do not want to drink: Pathological cold-fluid remains in the body, qi cannot produce Jin (body fluid) to moist mouth, thus patient feels thirsty. But original Jin (body fluid) has not been damaged, so patient does not want to drink.
建议7和8并作一条，改为
Thirsty but without desire for drinking or not thirsty at all: Retended Cold water evil dampens Qi to transform it into body fluid(Jin), which manifests with thirsty; yet the original Jin has not been consumed， therefore the patient may not have a desire for drinking or even not be thirsty at all.
White moist tongue coat means （indicates）cold fluid. Floating pulse means exterior evil; while tight means interior fluid retention （while Floating tight pusle indicates the existence of exterior cold evil along with interior water/fluid retention）
Ma Huang is pungent and warm. It can disperse exterior evil, induce sweat, regulate lung qi, stop cough and asthma, improve urination and remove fluid-retention.
It is king herb.
Mahuang is pungent and warm which disperses exterior evil, induce persperation, expurgates evil qi from lung , stops whooping cough and facilitates micturination and removal of water retention，which is the Emperor.

2, This formula is not only for treating exterior syndrome. It can treat many diseases as long as the diagnosis is the dispersing and descending functions of lung abnormal, while cold fluid-retention in lung and spleen.（which can also be used for other symptom-complex which is casued by ~~~~~~~~~~~~~）
小青龙的咳喘我觉得用whooping 比较传神， cough咳的重 asthma 喘得重， whooping cough又似乎专指， 所以觉得但用whooping好点儿
