Trainings and Exams of International Traditional Chinese Medical Acupuncture & Moxibustion, Traditional Chinese Medical Healthcare, Traditional Chinese Medical Recuperation, and Traditional Chinese Medical Special Skills
It is to guarantee the medical treatment quality and continuously promote the academic level of traditional Chinese medical science and acupuncture by way of objectively appraising ones professional competence;
I. Courses to be examined:
Theory test: Basics of Traditional Chinese Medical Science (including: Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medical Science, Traditional Chinese Medical Diagnostics, Science of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Normal Human Body Anatomy and Physiology); clinic diagnostic skill examination: dialectic execution of treatment (including writing patients’ files), acupuncture-points picking-up, field operation of acupuncture and moxibustion.
II. Preconditions for the exam applicants
1. All those who have graduated or learned and do have mastered a certain specialty from full-time universities and institutes of traditional Chinese medical treatment and medicines or acupuncture & moxibustion may enroll themselves to take part in the exams;; those practitioners who have learned traditional Chinese medical acupuncture and moxibustion from traditional Chinese medical masters for two years and above and have also at least one-year clinic experience in acupuncture and moxibustion may enroll themselves to take part in the exams subject the provision of educational certificates and copies of practitioners’ licenses together with the eligible experience certificates.
III. Charging rate
1. Enrollment fee: 100USD. The exam applicants may hand in it upon submission of the application or remit it to the examination center.

IV. Exam application method:
1. One month before the certificates are submitted to the examination center in person or by mails, the applicants should apply to the examination center for exam enrollment and hand in the enrollment fees. Only those who are qualified for the exams after review shall be approved and granted with the Application Form for International Professionals’ Competence Exams, while those not qualified shall be rejected and their enrollment fees shall not be refunded.
2. The exam applicants are required to fill up the various items of contents of the application form after they have received them and then submit in personal presence or mail them to the examination center, and in the meanwhile the exam fee and 4 copies of 2-inch photos shall be handed in simultaneously. After those application forms is reviewed and ratified, the Notification of Admittance to International Professionals’ Competence Exams shall be granted to the applicants, and the exam candidates can then take part in the examinations with such Admittance Notifications.
3. The exams participants with one or more courses failed in the examinations can apply for makeup examinations within two years thereafter, and it will be invalidated if it goes beyond the two years.
V. Examination time and place
Time: 6 times each year, i.e. one time every two months (including theoretical examinations and clinic diagnostic skill tests).
Place: Exam Headquarter is located in Beijing, while the branches can be established in the foreign countries if necessary.
VI. Certificates and score reports
1. All those qualified in the examinations shall be granted with certificates of corresponding levels with the score reports attached.
2. All those failed in the examinations shall not be granted with any certificate except the score reports.
