分的煎出率如何。通过以上对煎液理化性质的分析,机器煎与人工煎
有效含量的比较及其卫生学检验结果的测定,证实煎药机煎药对煎药
质量是有保障的,此种方法是切实可行的。但是,患者时常反映煎药
机所得药液成品比按传统煎药方法所得的煎液在颜色和味道上相对清
淡。本人经过多方求证,遂得出如下结论:首先传统煎药方法由于是
暴露在空气中进行操作,难免药物与空气中的氧会发生氧化反应,造
成药液色泽较深,而煎药机相对于传统煎药方法,是在密封性能良好
的煮药罐中进行煎煮,减少了发生氧化反应的可能性,因此药液色泽
较清。其次,传统煎药方法煎得的药液是一种混悬液制剂,所以颜色
较深,但煎药机煎出的药液煎煮后趁热立即过滤(过滤是通过纱布袋
及包装机上的过滤网),因为此时形成的沉淀物未从溶液中析出,即
使有沉淀,也是数量很少的,颗粒也较微细,很容易通过简单的滤器
(诸如纱布袋、过滤网)滤掉,从而可以得到相对澄明的药液,在无
沉淀物及固体药粉的情况下,自然在颜色及味道上较之传统煎药方法
煎出的药液清淡了不少。诚然,煎药机的使用是近几年的新生事物,
难免还有待解决的问题。
